WFMS: BOYS TRACK TRYOUTS will take place Monday, Feb 26th, from 3-4:30 PM. Parents will pick up students from the high school track. Interested students should sign up in the gym.
There will be a parent meeting in the library at old Bains at 6:30 PM on March 4th for anyone interested in trying out for the 2024-25 WF DANCE TEAM.

WFMS: GIRLS TRACK TRYOUTS will take place next Tuesday & Wednesday, Feb 20 - 21, from 3-5:00 PM. Parents will pick up students at the WFHS track. BOYS TRACK TRYOUTS will take place once the high school basketball season ends. We will make an announcement when it's time for boys' tryouts.
WFMS: There will be no after-school tutoring or homework help today. Services will resume next Tuesday, February 20th.
8th Grade Student Council Members spread positivity around the school by giving each teacher a personalized award for Valentine’s Day!
Students in Mrs. Pritchard’s class visited second and third grade classes at Bains to facilitate activities to review math skills. Second grade classes played games to practice telling time to the nearest five minutes. Third grade students created robots with specific area and perimeter.
ATTN 8th Grade Parents! WFHS is hosting a Scheduling Fair TONIGHT! There will be a parent meeting for incoming freshmen in the auditorium at 5:00 PM.

The WFMS 7th Grade Student Council is sponsoring a HELP THE HOMELESS drive next week! Collection bins will be in the front of each grade level hallway through February 9th. Please bring NEW items ONLY, including gloves, warm hats, socks, toiletries, blankets, first aid kits, brushes and combs. All donations will be delivered to YOUTH OASIS to support homeless teens in the Greater Baton Rouge community.
