Our 7th graders had a blast last week at WETLANDS DAY. They learned about the importance of the Louisiana Coast and how to protect it through hands-on activities led by volunteers from the LSU Ag Center and 4-H.
Our 6th graders engaged in hands-on learning activities designed to raise awareness about Louisiana's Coast as part of WETLAND'S DAY thanks to a partnership with the LSU Ag Center and 4-H.

Students in Ms. Pritchardâs class got a special treat today. They met some furry friends from the West Feliciana Parish Animal Shelter when volunteers from the shelter came to pick up donations the class collected. After reading the book I WILL ALWAYS WRITE BACK, the students decided they wanted to do something to make a positive impact in their own community. The students donated food, bleach, paper towels, and toys.
