We are so proud of our teams who competed today in the Southern Regional 4-H Cooking Challenge at LSU! 👩🍳👨🍳
The contest challenges youth to plan, prepare, and present a dish while demonstrating teamwork, nutrition knowledge, and cooking skills.
⭐ Olivia Norris, Blithe Mae Bryan, Emerson Brouillette, Abby Metz **2nd Place** in their age division and advanced to the Semifinal Cooking Round.
🥇 Dean Johnson, Nico Mendel, Nolan Arceneaux received the **Golden Spatula Award** for outstanding character and sportsmanship during the competition.
Congratulations to all of our participants for representing us so well—we are incredibly proud of your hard work, teamwork, and positive attitudes! 🎉

It’s an exciting time for our 8th grade Saints! On Friday, our 8th grade girls met with Ms. DeLeon to begin scheduling their courses for next school year. Planning for high school and thinking about the future is a big step, and we’re proud to see our students preparing for the journey ahead! 💙

Our Saints wrapped up the last Club Day of the year with a whole lot of fun! 🎉 Students enjoyed everything from 🎣 fishing and 🏓 pickleball to outdoor games and time with the SADD Club and other activities. It was a great way to connect, try something new, and celebrate the end of a fantastic year together! 💙🤍 Way to make the most of the day, Saints!
Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Toney for bringing baby kangaroos Joy and Pocahontas to visit Ms. Boudreaux’s class today! The students (and the adults!) loved holding them, petting them, and watching them hop around the classroom. A few of our students even tried hopping themselves!
