At WFMS we are POPPING into a new year! The Gap and WFMS are sponsoring a school-wide gourmet popcorn fundraiser. All proceeds will go toward purchasing outdoor recreational equipment for our students (Ga-Ga Pit, tetherball, four square, etc). We are asking each family to sell a minimum of 2 bags. Prizes will be awarded to our top sellers. Order forms were sent home Wednesday, September 4th. All orders must be turned in to their homeroom teachers by September 16th. We thank you in advance for your support of our students and school!

🔷 Reminder from WFMS—We have our BACK TO SCHOOL DANCE this Friday in the gym from 7:00 - 9:30 PM. $10 entry (includes 2 concession stand items). See handbook in planner for FREE DRESS GUIDELINES. Also, Friday is the last day to sign up for SCHOOL CLUBS. Information is available outside Ms. Moosa’s office (on the admin hall).
WFMS will host an OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, August 29th from 5 - 7 PM. Your student will LEAD you on a tour of their classrooms, introduce you to their teachers, and share important information with you about each of their classes and their goals for the year.

The WFP Library is hosting an AR NIGHT this Thursday, July 25th. Now is a good time to rack up some SUMMER POINTS!!!
Join us for ORIENTATION on Monday, July 29th. Come and go any time between 5-7 PM. Students will take ID/yearbook pictures—be sure to wear a uniform shirt 👕
Don't forget about your SUMMER READING! Students in grades 6-8 may read ANY books they would like over the summer. You can take AR tests in the school office from 8:00 -11:00 AM, Monday through Thursday during June and July.
The WFHS SOCCER TEAM will host a camp the week of July 15th ⚽️ BOYS and GIRLS age 6 - 14 can sign up. See flyer for details.
