WFMS is excited to announce that we have been named a Leader in Me LIGHTHOUSE SCHOOL!! Mrs. Smith and Hazlip’s 3rd hour English classes interviewed Ms. Breigh Rhodes about her National Geographic expedition to Antarctica. Our 6th graders are currently reading a nonfiction novel about one of the very first Antarctic expeditions! #wearewestfel
Emily Stelly and Catherine Ralph were the first students in Ms. Guttery’s 8th Grade English class to memorize Shakespeare’s Sonnet 18, which made their teacher VERY proud 🙂💙
WFMS CHEER TRYOUTS will be held on March 6 during the school day. Students can pick up an information packet from Ms. Bennett on the 7th grade hall. Cheer WORKSHOPS are March 2 - 5. Students must be picked up by 4:30 PM. A mandatory parent meeting will be held on March 2 @ 4:30.
