Reflecting on Last Week

With one week left in the nine weeks, students reviewed tips to be successful in school and applied their knowledge and skills they have learned this school year. Hustle is important as we near the end of the first quarter!

Mrs. Becky Johnson speaks to the freshmen regarding strategies to be successful in high school.

Sophomore Kaitlin Barrow practices graphing quadratics on a graphing calculator in Ms. Emily Flanders' Advanced Algebra II class.

Jaxson Dickey volunteers to help Mr. Andrew Webb in the cafeteria at Bains Lower Elementary.

First grade student, Sawyer Smith, reads a story to the class at Bains Lower Elementary.

Collin Metz uses his student checklist to monitor his progress.

At WFMS, Noah Downey, Caden Bohannon, Cheyann Redmon, Ryan Johnson, Mrs. Margaret Anne Pruitt, and Brody Lasker work in a small group during social studies class.

In Mrs. Lauren Percy and Mrs. Katherine Tingle's class at Bains Elementary, Deborah Green and Tavaris London read and annotate an article about Louisiana's natural resources.

Lawren Dixon, Za'Nya Jones, Aubrie Walters, and Savannah Worley, students in Mrs. Debbie Meyers' 4th grade ELA class, act out the functions of the circulatory system after learning about the literal heart vs. the figurative heart.
