The Bains Lower Elementary School Parent Teacher Connection (PTC) is a non-profit organization made up of parents, teachers and staff of Bains Lower Elementary School. Our mission is to enrich the educational opportunities and experiences of our students.

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 8:00 AM in order to plan enrichment activities for our students and to support the goals of the school. We invite you to join us as we strive to support excellence at Bains Lower Elementary.
