Jessica Walker, West Feliciana High School math teacher, is a State Teacher of the Year Semi-Finalist. Walker will be recognized as one of five semifinalists in the state in July in Baton Rouge at the 12th annual Cecil J. Picard Educator Awards celebration. Superintendent Hollis Milton will also be recognized as the 2018 Louisiana Superintendent of the Year.
